The Acquisition Expands the Industry’s Most Connected Automotive Logistics Platform

The acquisition further strengthens ACERTUS' position as the most connected automotive logistics platform by expanding its network of carriers, customers and transportation expertise while deepening relationships across key OEM and dealership segments. Fisher Shipping customers will now have access to ACERTUS' full suite of automotive logistics services including transportation, storage, vehicle care and maintenance, title and registration. Fisher Shipping will continue operating under its existing brand, with its team remaining in place to support customers. As part of the acquisition, Dave Fisher, Fisher Shipping's CEO, will become an equity holder in ACERTUS and will join the ACERTUS team with an enhanced focus on customer and commercial relationships.
